Meet Helen & Tabby

Helen is an experienced trauma-informed therapist with 10+ years of leadership and organizational development experience, and 15+ years in clinical therapy/counselling. Clinically, her areas of expertise include family and individual healing from abuse and trauma, working with vulnerable and oppressed populations, and Indigenizing services and care through cultural awareness, social justice reform, and therapeutic integration. She has a B.A. in Psychology and English Literature, an M.Ed. in Clinical Counselling, and is currently working on her Ph.D. (All But Dissertation) in Organizational Psychology where the focus is in visible, servant leadership and collaborative team-based approach in organizational development and change processes.
